EMAIL MARKETING.
This page explains the difference between service emails and optional marketing from ODESA Music.

1. Transactional emails
If you request a download, make a purchase or contact ODESA, you may receive emails necessary to provide that service, such as receipts, download links, security notices or direct replies. These are not treated as general promotional permission.
2. Marketing emails
Where required, promotional emails are sent only after you make an appropriate choice to receive them. Possible topics include new ODESA music, production tutorials, free downloads, new sample packs, presets and producer tools.
3. Gumroad and other providers
Downloads and purchases may be handled by Gumroad or another provider. Their forms should show any marketing choice separately from the information required to deliver the transaction. Their privacy policy also applies to information they process.
4. Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in a promotional email. A minimal suppression record may be retained so that the address is not accidentally added again. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential messages about an active purchase or support request.
5. No sale of mailing-list data
ODESA does not sell its mailing list. Information may be processed by service providers that help deliver emails, downloads or purchases, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
6. Your rights and contact
