REFUND POLICY.
This policy applies to paid digital products sold directly by ODESA Music. Free downloads do not have a purchase price to refund.
Effective date: 23 September 2026
If a paid download is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, contact ODESA with the order details so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.
1. Digital delivery
Sample packs, preset packs and other digital products are normally supplied by immediate download through the checkout provider. Product pages should identify the contents, file formats, approximate size and relevant software requirements.
2. Change-of-mind cancellation
Where applicable law permits, your right to cancel a digital-content purchase may end once immediate supply or download begins if you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the effect on the cancellation right. This does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content.
3. When a remedy may be available
- The download link does not work and a replacement cannot be supplied.
- The files are corrupted or materially incomplete.
- The product is materially different from the description at purchase.
- A verified duplicate purchase was made accidentally.
- Applicable consumer law requires a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
4. Situations normally not refundable
- You changed your mind after downloading, where the cancellation right was validly lost.
- You lack software or hardware that was clearly listed as required.
- You expected content not stated on the product page.
- You no longer need the product.
- A third-party platform or project setting is incompatible despite the supplied files matching the advertised standard formats.
5. How to request help
Use the Contact page and provide the purchaser's email address, order or receipt number, product name, purchase date and a clear description of the problem. Do not publish order details publicly.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method by the checkout provider. Bank or payment-network processing time is outside ODESA's control.
7. Platform terms and statutory rights
Where Gumroad or another merchant processes the sale, its checkout and payment terms also apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
