PRODUCER TOOLS LICENCE.
This licence covers outputs and supplied assets from ODESA's browser-based generators and EasyDAW.

You can use generated MIDI and properly exported audio in your music, including commercial releases. You cannot resell isolated supplied sounds, clone the tools or present ODESA's code and assets as your own. Third-party notices still apply.
1. Your uploaded material
You keep ownership of material you import. You give ODESA only the limited permission technically necessary to process it through the feature you request. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
2. Generated MIDI and patterns
ODESA grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit and commercially release MIDI files, chord progressions, bassline patterns and arrangement data generated for you by the tools. Musical building blocks may be generated for multiple users, so no exclusive rights or guarantee of uniqueness is provided.
3. Generated and exported audio
You may use audio rendered from the tools or EasyDAW in personal and commercial musical compositions, provided that you comply with any third-party attribution or licence notice shown on the relevant tool. Where an export incorporates your own upload, your right to release it depends on your rights in that source material.
4. Built-in ODESA sounds
Unless a tool states otherwise, ODESA-owned built-in sounds may be used royalty-free as part of an original musical composition. They may not be resold, shared, extracted, repackaged or redistributed as isolated files or as part of another sample library, DAW library, generator, template pack or stock-audio collection.
5. Third-party components
Some tools may use third-party samples, software or open-source components. Their displayed licence and attribution requirements continue to apply. For example, a piano instrument identified as licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 must be credited in the manner required by that licence. This licence does not remove third-party conditions.
6. Vocal chops and other uploaded recordings
The tool does not clear copyright, performer rights, privacy rights or sample permissions for you. You must not release chops created from a recording unless you have all required rights. Processing a recording does not make an unauthorised sample lawful.
7. Content ID
Do not register isolated built-in sounds, common generated MIDI, loops or substantially unmodified tool outputs as exclusive material in Content ID. A finished original song may be registered only if your distributor's rules allow it and the registration will not improperly claim other licensed users' work.
8. Tool and code restrictions
This licence does not permit you to copy, host, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer or redistribute the website tools, code, interface, branding or sound library. Rights that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.
9. No warranty
Outputs are provided as generated and may contain errors, clipping, artefacts or similarities to other musical material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing and backing up everything before release.
