This policy explains how ODESA Music handles information when you visit the website, contact ODESA, join an email list, use the free producer tools or use EasyDAW.

1. Who controls your information
ODESA Music is the operator of this website and the controller of personal information collected directly through it. Privacy enquiries and requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
2. Information that may be collected
- Information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address and message.
- Subscription, download or purchase details handled through services such as Gumroad.
- Basic technical and usage information supplied by Blogger, Google, analytics services or embedded content providers, including device type, browser, approximate location, referring page and pages visited.
- Preferences and project information stored locally in your browser by ODESA producer tools and EasyDAW.
3. Audio, MIDI and project files
ODESA's browser-based producer tools and EasyDAW are designed to process imported audio, MIDI and project data in the user's browser. ODESA does not intentionally upload or retain those source files on an ODESA-controlled server unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise before you use it.
Some tools may save recovery data, preferences, generated material or project information in browser storage such as localStorage or IndexedDB. This information remains associated with your browser profile and device. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing browser profiles or removing the browser may delete it permanently. You should export and independently back up important projects.
4. Why information is used
- To operate, secure and improve the website and its tools.
- To answer messages and provide requested support.
- To deliver downloads, purchases and transactional communications.
- To send marketing only where there is a valid permission or another lawful basis.

You may unsubscribe from marketing using the link in an email. Requests can be made through the Contact page. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

The website and producer tools are not directed at children under 13. Users who are not old enough to consent under the law where they live should use the site only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
