SAMPLE LICENCE.
This licence applies to ODESA sample packs unless a product page or included licence expressly states different terms.

You may use the samples in original personal and commercial music releases. You may not resell, share or redistribute the sample files themselves. The detailed terms below control if the summary and licence differ.
1. Licence grant
After lawfully downloading or purchasing an ODESA sample pack, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to incorporate its samples into original musical compositions and audiovisual productions, including commercially released music, videos, games, broadcasts and live performances.
2. Permitted use
- Edit, process, pitch, chop, layer and combine samples with other creative elements.
- Release finished music commercially or non-commercially.
- Provide a finished project or stems to collaborators working on your production, provided they do not retain or reuse isolated ODESA samples outside that project.
- Use samples without credit unless a specific product notice says otherwise.
3. Prohibited use
- Resell, share, upload, sublicense or redistribute any sample in isolated or substantially unchanged form.
- Include samples in another sample pack, preset pack, sound library, template library or competing stock-audio product.
- Make samples available through file-sharing, AI-training datasets or public download collections.
- Claim authorship or exclusive ownership of an unmodified ODESA sample.
- Use an isolated sample as a trademark, audio logo or other exclusive identifier.
4. Content ID and exclusive claims
You must not register an isolated or substantially unmodified ODESA loop or sample in YouTube Content ID or another automated rights-management system. You may register a genuinely original finished composition containing ODESA samples only where your distributor permits it and where the registration will not generate improper claims against other licensed users. You are responsible for resolving claims caused by your registration.
5. Non-exclusive material
Samples are licensed non-exclusively and may appear in releases by other users. ODESA does not promise that a sample or a composition using it will be unique.
6. Third-party notices
If a pack identifies third-party content or a separate licence, that notice applies to the relevant content and takes priority over conflicting terms here.
7. Ownership and termination
ODESA retains ownership of the original sample files and related intellectual property. Your finished original composition remains yours, subject to the rights in the underlying samples. The licence terminates if you materially breach it and do not remedy the breach after notice where a remedy is possible.
